Team work makes for progress

Today I sat back at a party and watched life go on. I watched team work NOT happen. But I did see the possibility for team work to happen and pictured the beauty it would hold. I could see all the wonderful things that COULD happen ONLY with team work. So many things in life would never happen if it was not for team work yet so many of us (including myself) find it difficult to do it even in simple games. No President would ever be elected if it wasn't for the team work underneath them. I think specifically the amazing team work of President Obama (I love him and his administration) did and has done so well. Anyways, the Great pyramids were not built by one man but many. So many of us women feel many times that we must be able to do everything all on our own with no help- that is not the case.

If things don't go as planned

If things don't go as planned, or if they do I might consider buying up a box of Angela Shelton workbooks and hitting the road and hitting shelters, counselors, and any where else that will take me. I have no clue who would even talk to me about these AMAZING work books, but I've purchased my own hard copy even after I had an e copy bc its worth having it in your hands. Her stuff just works. And its not $1,000 for someone to tell me that there is something wrong with me and do nothing more. I'm not going to apologize for being so passionate about all of this stuff. I need it and so do others. I've seen the pain, the destruction, and at the same time the birth of something better. I'm pushed to help it happen.

Hey! For those that have been living under a rock I am an affiliate of Angela Shelton so I've been selling her products! Its an honor for me to sell something that first off I've been buying crazy number of copies, and second, now I can personally more actively help spread the word. So she is really trying to help us out financially, and emotionally and in so many other ways. Gotta love her and I love all the Army of Angels too- you all work so hard I love you!

I really like this org that I found a while ago

So I think a friend or I found this org ( Sidran Institute) a while ago but now I've finally had a chance to really look at it and its a wonderful place!! I'm posting much of the links under my PTSD page on my website but I thought I should share this one video that I thought was very well put together. LoL I just found out you can feed my fish by clicking on the water! So help me feed them so they stay happy and healthy ;) hehe I love technology as I never have to clean their tank!

I saw a pale moon and I cried out loud

Like a hawk screaming from inside out

It was feeling I was unfamiliar with

I was on a journey where I stood alone

If I’d only had open my eyes

I’d see all the help surrounding my side…

But I had some things to prove

Like I was not broken nor bruised

I took my first little step

And fell on my face like an eaglet…

So many told me that it’d be ok

But I just saw my crashing Grace

Finally one day I decided to cry

I felt the earth quake when my tear hit the ground

The Ocean just soaked up my fear

No longer to live going no where…

So I took off with a running start

They all bit their fingers in fright

I opened my wings and took off to some where

I blew up my own expectations.

I swirled around the stars I once wished upon

Now I’m the Angel that jumps star to star

Never worrying who or where we are

We are the light of 10,000 smiles

Never giving up we are the dangerous ones

I am afraid no more no more

I am the Angel that sleeps at night

Music can be therapy in a bottle or should I say ipod?

I find so frequently you could literally change my mood by playing music that is either happy, depressing, pinning or anything in between. Have you ever had those moments when you hear a song that reminds you of bad times and you just literally GO BACK to those bad moments in your life? STOP! Lets back this truck up. Luckily for us our new fangiled (some times I do feel like they have fangs) ipods have rewind and stop buttons on them even if they don't always agree with what we want. We can choose what we are listening to most of the time with the exception of elevators and sometimes working conditions. Why put ourselves in a crapy mood?

My new goal is to make a happy cd. Yes, I am old and still make CD mix's. lol I remember burning my ex's mix tape he gave me in a bond fire I made for all the shit he gave me- but that is another story. Its time to be happy. Its time to help myself move on. And I'm taking you with me. Maybe I'll share some of my happy music I dunno. We will see, but maybe you could think about what songs would be your happy songs? All I ask is you try to just think about it. You don't need to jump up and down and do it, just think. :) I like happy songs....powerful

I have fish!

Well I wanted to let you all know that I will be sharing now through here more so than talking one on one with people. I'm doing this to help more people. I know it will be very hard for some of you but it will hopefully be very helpful for more of you and at the same time still helpful for all of you. The good news is, I have fish hehe! At the bottom of this blog you can play with my fish when I'm not posting new things or your done watching a video! They will come to your mouse just like if your feeding them.... cute :) Have fun with them make sure they don't die j/k they won't

Many of us are AUU's Angels Undercover and Undiscovered. We have survived horrible things, and or we have supported others who have gone through these things. We are here to support, learn and love. We have a light amongst us that shines bright. Yet,most of us go about undercover and undiscovered of our missions and love. If you are a survivor, a friend, family member, a supporter of a survivor, I would like to recognize you as an Angel because YOU ARE. Angela Shelton has taught me this (thank you Angela!). Thank you for what you have done and will do. Together we can heal not only ourselves, but yes, it does sometimes sound corny, but the world one person, one moment at a time. This site is for all AUU's - survivors, friends, family, friends, looking to find help on this subject of trauma.

What is this site about? It is about regaining power/light, love and purpose. It is about finding hope, comfort and support. The site is always in development just as Sydney is, as she learns new things she will share with you her new knowledge. Sydney is not a professional of any sort, she is just a person that wants to help other survivors and their loved ones. She knows that she searched a long time ago for answers to her questions and only recently started to find what she was looking for. This site is to help you find your answers more quickly than she did. She wants to pass on her light to you, because she does care about you even if she might not know you directly. May our light grow indefinitely. ^
